Refund policy
At SyncTech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully.
Return Window You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items without original packaging
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return Email us at support@synctech.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@synctech.co.za and we will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
